After Sales Service Swiss Timing offers comprehensive after sales services to our

Simon Huffer, the After Sales Manager at Swiss Timing in the UK said recently, "A maintenance contract protects our customers initial investment, significantly increasing the life and reliability of their systems ". Swiss Timing maintenance contracts are specifically designed to meet each venue's needs, based on the range of equipment held and the average system usage. Each contract entitles a customer to a predetermined number of
routine service visits per year, in which all aspects of the system are
thoroughly checked and a report issued. The contract also entitles the
customer to a number of unscheduled call-out visits per year to rectify
specific problems that may arise between visits.
One off visits can also be booked in most circumstances if something should go wrong, but we strongly recommend taking action before disaster strikes!
